Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Whisperwing Co is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Please retain the packaging and item if a shipment arrives damaged, as photographs may be needed.
