We hope you love your purchase from Whisperwing Co! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
